Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged at all. We would rather you decide with the product in your hands than with your card on the line.
If you are charged and the Service is not right for you, email contact@knowthinklearn.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to the first charge of a new subscription and to renewal charges where you have not made material use of the Service since the renewal date.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. You can also contact Paddle directly through the receipt they emailed you.
Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund: cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. You can cancel from your account at any time.
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence, including EU and UK statutory withdrawal rights.
